原料傳送、料帶加溫、成型、沖孔、計量切斷、成品捲帶全自動設計。

加溫模組、成型模型組及沖孔模組均具有X，Y軸及平面旋轉等方向之分
　　 釐卡微調設計， 換模調整快速，操作簡單方便且精確 。

原料帶寬12~88mm可任意調整生產，帶寬可選擇44~150mm可快速調整生
　　 產。

可選擇鹵素燈成型，帶寬12~24mm配上伺服拉帶方便配合模具長度48~
　　 72mm ，可快速調整生產，鹵素燈Ko可達5mm深。

　　 easy using for mould length 48~72mm. Fast production conversion. Halogen

可選擇氣壓拉帶與伺服拉帶系統，方便配合模具長度72~120mm。

可選擇氣壓成型、二段式成型與沖壓成型,可達到25mm深度。
