UJL-1000 的特點(UJL-1000 Characteristic)：
可操作8mm~120mm寬的塑膠載帶(Carrier Tape)而不須更換台具。

光纖感測缺料偵測。

計數器與光纖感測採用高敏感度,數量準確。

特殊的淨動封合刀頭設計(Special fluctuation sealing knife design)。
　　－浮動式的，使封合刀頭能完全興載帶接觸，而得到最佳的封合效果。
　　　(The floating-type that makes the sealing knife is able to completely contact
　　　 carrier tape, to obtains best sealing effect.)
　　－封合動作選擇連續式(Continuous Sealing)空壓或反覆式封合(Reciprocatc
　　　 Sealing)。

　　－左右各獨立式，左右兩邊分別有左右封合溫度及封合壓力單獨控制。

機台可興PC或PLC連線，而可做自動控制。
